5- By choosing our mySmartBattery virtual battery, we promise you up to 100% self-consumption for a perfectly sized system.

How does the mylight150 virtual battery work?

MySmartBattery turns solar energy storage into a solution that is both flexible and economical.

Unlike bulky and expensive physical batteries, the virtual battery frees up space and eliminates the need for a high initial investment.

You are accessing a optimized storage capacity, without loss of performance or maintenance constraints. The excess energy produced by your solar panels is automatically stored and made available to you for future use. The principle is simple: you reduce your electricity bills while intelligently maximizing your energy consumption, in a sustainable way. With the mylighyt150 virtual battery, you adapt your storage capacity to your real needs and transparently monitor your production and energy consumption.

How much does mySmartBattery cost?

Find our rates hither. Rates depend on the power purchased.

The prices including VAT are provided for information purposes only, they include the following taxes and contributions: VAT (5.5% on the monthly subscription and 20% on the prices per kWh), the CSPE (Contribution to the Public Electricity Service) and the CTA (Transport Tariff Contribution). Off-peak and peak hours are set locally by your distribution network operator.

Our rates include a discount of €10 including VAT linked to the digitization of invoices.

How do you choose the right battery capacity?

The mySmartBattery offer consists of 9 virtual battery sizes. During installation, our technician will offer you the ideal solution to achieve your goals. It bases this recommendation thanks to the result of our simulator.

The size of your battery will depend on your installation (installed power, orientation, location) and your consumption habits (hours of presence, number of people, heating, water heater, household appliances, etc.)

In case of an empty battery, you benefit from the regulated sales rate regulated by the French State. You can store and use your energy within the limit of the capacity of the battery you have subscribed to. If you produce more than the storage capacity of your battery, the electricity will be fed back into the electrical network free of charge.

Do you want to change the storage capacity you have subscribed to? It can be increased every month, and decreased every 12 months. Since your subscription depends on the size of the battery, changing batteries can increase or decrease the price of your subscription. Find our various battery capacities here.

What happens if mySmartBattery is empty?

If mySmartBattery is empty, mylight150 provides you with green energy at the Regulated Sales Rate:

1- Green energy provided by mylight150 when your mySmartBattery is empty and you are not producing.

2- Regulated Sales Rate (TRV) applied in case of overrun and for your subscribed power.

3- Price per kWh adjusted according to TRV fluctuations.

The TRV is an electricity sales rate set by the State to protect French consumers. It can be adjusted twice a year by decree to ensure a fair and stable price.

If you exceed it, you benefit from the TRV, which corresponds to the blue EDF rate.

What are the billing methods?

Real-time sampling: pay each month according to your actual consumption.

You pay a variable amount every month for 11 months, based on your consumption over the period in question picked up by mylight150. On the 12th you receive your adjustment bill.

The advantages:

1- Precise monthly follow-up : monitor your consumption each month to adjust your payments in real time.

2- Total flexibility : change options whenever you want.

The linear schedule: Pay a fixed amount each month, based on an annual estimate.

The advantages:

1- Smoothed annual payment : spread your costs over the year to avoid surprises during the winter and to know your monthly amounts in advance.

2- Annual flexibility : change options once a year.

To note: In the 12th month, the annual bill regulates any discrepancy between the consumption you paid and the consumption that your network operator actually noted.
